Ottp stage 2 jerky acceleration

Hi I just installed a ottp stage 2 over the weekend and i have a problem. When I start drivng and get on the throttle the car starts to jerk. Usually happens between 2500-3500 rpm. The weird thing is once the car warms up it stops. At first i thought it might be the clutch slipping with the newly added power but when i did the 5th gear low rpm test it didnt slip. Then i thought it was the wot box screwing with it but when I turned it off it still did the same thing. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Mods:

06 ss/sc
injen cai
wot box
duel pass
2.8 pulley
60lbs injectors
ottp tune
one step colder plugs

Perhaps ur car is misfiring like mine? my cars running rich and misfiring i just installed the OTTP stage 3 kit. and its running very rich and misfiring everytime it goes into 3psi of boost anything over that its fine but if im running little boost it misfires and jerks..think it needs a crank case relearn..

I had the relearn done and its not throwing any codes. Ive regaped and inspectected the plugs and they dont show any sighns of the car running rich. Ive also checked all connections and vacume lines and everything seems fine, which leaves me to believe its the clutch. After a couple of minutes of driving its fine.
