Thumbs up OTTP stage 2 tips

Hey im really thinkin bout getting the ottp stage 2 kit for my car and i figured i would ask if anyone has some helpful tips on the install? i figured i might as well help some other ppl as well by askin this...thanks

What does your car have on right now? Stock injectors and pulley? Are you very knowledgeable about workin on cars? What did you get with your stg 2 kit? I think that will help us give ya tips

Yea buddy, we need more info what you are getting and what you have already. Do you have a pulley puller? Are they sending you a tune? Do you have any other mods?

Go straight to stage 3 is my advice... as soon as you buy it you are going to want more...

I just did the ottp stage 2 with HE. I used the pulley puller from ZZP(worked great). I used the gm book ecotech lsj 2.0 power. There is a chapter in there about installing a stage 2 kit. It worked out great. There are free electronic copys online somewhere. I forgot where I got it from.

ok my car has the airbox mod and thats it but i plan on getting some exhaust soon as well i guess u could say im knowledgable about cars i didnt go to school or anything like that i just really like cars and do alot of research about our cars im not a noob for sure but im not as good as alot of u guys on this forum i just want to know if anyone came across any problems with install and could give some good tips to make other ppls install go smoother

i plan on getting everything for the ottp stage two but not the ls4 throttle body or whatever it is heat exchanger 60lb injectors with harness just the stage 2 pulley not the mp5 stage 2 belt NGK plugs and ottp stage 1 pcm does that sound right??

You need the belt if you plan on running a smaller pully

Not sure if the new ottp h/e is now a bolt in but line up the h/e on your car, mark off the holes where you want it to go, then remove the front bumper. Also your gonna need to find a shop to press your pulley of and press the new hub on.

haha i always will want more but i have to settle with this and i have a pulley puller, that wont work or what
