cause im not buying the software, and i guess it would be up to him, he could always return the core. figured it be less this way but i guess its the same thing. plus trifecta u can fine tune without haveing the software, thats why i like it.

trifecta is better for LNF imo. My 07 only had a GMS2 installed when i bought it brand new and it put down 221 on a mustang AWD dyno. I was told to add approx 15% to get the actual HP so you figure ~250... Id assume you can get more with the OTTP one

Trifecta is still ok but hptuners will always be better evwn if i cant tune pass 21 lbs unless the fuel pressure is raised or there is a mbc. My 21lbs tune murders trifecta infini boost tunes. Maybe not all but most. Ive had customers that were all about trifecta then i tuned them and they said holy ****. The trifecta hptune combo is best but i would always go with hptuners since the tuner is tuning u not a person somwhere else in the world. Nothing against trifecta its just not a a+ product till u can actually tune with it personally.

So in more than 1 thread where you've said you made 250whp with a GMS2 was going on an assumption on what you made? That makes sense

I would find it hard to believe that a ottp box tune on a lsj is going to out perform someone doing a tune with trifecta. But hp tuners-->trifecta with an actual tuner.
