Not Work Safe Ottp stage 3 problems parts not shipped!

I bought the Ottp stage 3 with the tvs 80# injectors with stock pulley pcm additional parts i bought the 2.9 pulley with the kit.

1 i bought this kit and received early may i got every thing but the 2.9 pulley.

2 i put every thing on fit like a charm i got all supporting mods so thats ok
on start up car was running a 10.0 AFR no idle jump but constant 10.0

3 reg driving it bounces from 13.0 to 15.5 and in 5th gear it drops back to 10.0

the tune is not the problem i can tune the car

the problem is i never received my 2.9 pulley that i paid for.

its been 3 weeks after the first week all communication with OTTP stopped they tried helping with the tune and thats excellent.

after the first week they stopped returning my emails about my pulley and left me no choise but to post on here

this post is NOT to bash OTTP AT ALL i just want them to get me my pulley so i can finish my car and to let EVERY one know whats going on

OTTP STAGE 3 AFR to rich
did not recieve pulley thats paid for
lost comminication with ottp
posting on cobalt ss.net

AGAIN i will be buying more parts in the future i still think they have the greatest parts for the greatest prices

I believe ottp gets their pulleys from a differant company, the seperate company is probably the one to blame because they probably havent shipped it.

I have never ordered anything from them so i cant give an opinion on their customer service, in my opinion customer service is everything, when you make happy customers word spreads fast that your a good legit company and take care of your customers.

Im sure they are extremely busy because its only two of them as far as i know, but the more of these threads that pop up, the less i want to order products in the future from them

Because its still OTTPs responsibility, period. If you cannot create your own products and contract your work out to other companies, you should be held accountable, to an extent, over delays/defects. Thats the risk you take as a company by contracting your work out.

Jeese,

Pulley is on the way nate was just moving things around in the shop and was delayed for a bit to get things going. On tuesday i will see if i can get tracking.

Send me the tune in a email (sean@ottperformance.com) there is an error with that file and should have been fixed with the updated tune.

I sent you a email on the 25th about the pulley did you not recieve it?

I don't have a tune file or log file from you. Last contact I had was when I sent you the config file. Please send your tune file in again, if you use the beta please revert back to the latest stable release before sending the file.

i bought my stage kit a few weeks ago and everything went smooth.
honestly though whenever people post these threads, either Josh or Sean are quick in with a logical response. maybe the best way to get the situation taken care of, if the customer receives no response back, is to post threads like these.
but that's just my .02. but like i said everything went great with my purchase through OTTP.

THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe it's Nate's company (smootflow pulleys). Call Josh at OTTP and he'll straighten it out for ya. I swear OTTP needs to put this on that page for the Stage 3 in massive, bold, orange letters.

I can't even guess how that happens. Any time I order from Nate I get the ring within days.

I'm guessing his direct customers are higher on his list of priorities?
