you did dual pass a few days ago didn't you?
vacuum leaks, go over every bolt you took off and make sure it's tight, that was my problem when I did mine, one screw somehow got overlooked just a little.

The cel would flash then go away and now only my interceptor will pick up the p0300 code. When i just cruise around the car is fine but when i get on it,it will bog down then take off then bog down again.

I get the code every so often, not much lately but it was a dormant code like Blazin stated.

Would that include exhaust leaks?

Exhaust leaks cause issues too... but vacuum more prevalent for issues like this!

I've been getting P0300 more often. Changed my plugs also. Of course this all happens once my car gets rebuilt by the dealer. So who knows what they did. Could be a coil pack.
