p0315 and RAW intake with 3.5 inch throttle body

I just got done installing a RAW stage one kit with 3.5 inch throttle body and RAW inake. I get code p0315 which from what i am reading is a CASE relearn that i need to do with a tech 2. (I have access to this so not a problem) But i have a question about the code and the intake...when i stab the throttle fairly hard while in neutral from what i call it a bark from the intake, but my father says its a misfire. Just wondering if this noise is because i need a CASE or just normal from RAW intake and 3.5in throttle body.

when i just had my intake before my exhaust was louder, when you just stab the throttle it barked as you would say, its the begining of the supercharger whine.

have you retuned the idle airflow ETC area scalar value to compensate for the larger throttle body?

ok, cool, didn't notice the RAW stage 1 in your sig. I wish my manual was here then i could look up p0315, know what it stands for? Could it be just a o2 sensor code being tripped that wasn't turned off?

According to HP Tuners P0315 is "Crankshaft Position System Variation Not Learned". Not sure that helps any but there ya go.
