Is it bolt on or will welding have to be done?

Either need to chop the stock dp right before the cat and have the ball flange welded on, or just have a custom downpipe made. It is not a direct bolt in.

For reference, I had my dp cut and the flange welded on for 25 bucks

Do you have a band saw and welder? If not, yes.

I think they sent me the wrong one. The o2 sensor won't reach.

Exactly correct, none of the pacesetter items bolt to a downpipe on any application, they are all made this way.

You have to work with the wiring a bit, and work with it, it should be long enough, as they are the same as the 2005-06 setup. If you cannot seem to work with the wiring enough, you could as another option lengthen the wires a bit, by splicing them.

No, you can clamp it, with the clamp provided, or you can weld it your self. You could have a shop weld it, if you dont know how, or you want them to do it, just becuase.
