the pcv hose goes into your intake pipe. and comes out the back of your valve cover near pass side.

sounds like you have the same problem i "had"... my dipstick was popping out (before i blew a ring) lol and i have the same size pulley and what not.. i was gettin the same oil in the intake, and i think it has to do with the high boost we are pulling... your dipstick is comin out because you are gettin "blow by" and its building excessive crank pressure... mine was doing it almost everytime i would really lay into and reach peak boost (21 psi) it and finally it gave on me... it was running hella rough and sounded like a badass STI so i knew i fouled a plug and went to pull it out and it was covered in oil.. now its smoking like mad and im hopin to have the motor pulled this weekend.. one guy told me that increasing the viscosity of the oil will help prevent that but im not 100% sure if thats a good idea...

ya i read the sticky post, and i changed the gasket and it didn't do anything. but ya i'm thinkin i might have a problem beggining in my 4th. i did a compression test and it came in 135 in the 4th 185 everywhere else. it still runs ok and no smoke yet. but the thing that gets me is i'm only pushing 18 lbs of boost. Not 21 like ^^. i dont know though.

thats how mine started bad compression reading like yours, no smoke, then my ringlands fried, then a blown headgasket and when i took apart the block i saw i had a couple cracked pistons. take off your oil cap while your car is running and see if its pushing alot of air out.. if so then you fried your rings.

with a compression varience like that, you have a dead hole. you should be within 10% of the best hole, so that would be 18.5psi.

with a 2.6" pulley the tune has to be right on. heat from the blower is whats killing them, even with a good heat exchanger and dual pass isnt enough to keep the heat down when your hard on the throttle for a while. either meth is needed, or the real fix, go with a larger pulley on a more efficient blower to get the power.
