true, meth can not be 100percent. however a solid heat exchanger with meth is win imo. and spraying meth with e85 is even more win, however completely overkill without either upped compression or nitrous or both lol.

Used some radiator stop leak powder to seal up the hole in the h/e and it worked! My pump is going strong.

Did some datalogging yesterday and I almost torque steered into a ditch every time I jumped on the gas. The car is pulling ridiculously hard and feels like it has a nice steady torque all the way to the top. Can't wait to see what happens when more timing gets thrown at it

I wouldn't say that.

Depending on the mounting location of the injection nozzle, there is a huge advantage running Meth injection with E85 because Meth injection has cooling benefits in the blower, in the IM, through the Laminova cores and into the head. If it is injected through the intake or through a TB spacer.

The cooling effects of E85 are only noticeable in the cylinder head port and in the combustion chamber.

So I think there is some benefit of keeping the air as cool as possible before entering the head.

Thank you Fran. I agree 100% with what you have said. Good, solid info. Usually the more cooling mods the better.

Now back to our regularly scheduled broadcasting...

Good to see the car is running good cheerio! If you're torque steering that bad, grab some OTTP rotated mounts.

It's on my list of things to do that and a GMPP clutch + pressure plate...although my clutch still hasnt slipped. It handled the GMS2 being autox'd, road raced and dragged and it's holding up to my datalogging no problem. I know it'll give out eventually though

Ok, since this is still not decided, I'm going to try to make it easy for spitefulxcheerio.

Here are the wagered hp/torque number so far, organized by hp first (repeated torque numbers are in bold);
205/180
263/235
264/212
268/249
268/251
268.5/254.5
269/259
270/245
273/246
273/260
273.5/265.8
274.5/258.5
276/259
277/262
277/266
278/259
279/253
279/256
280/258
281/257
282/265
283/264
283/273
284/244
285/261
286/263
287/260
287/262
288/260
288/262
289/261
290/265
290/278
290.8/274.2
291/269
292/266
292/272
293/263
293/265
293/278
294/274
294/277
295/269
296/265
299/257
299/276
299/278
300/275
300/294.2
301/268
301/274
I was going to initially guess 286/276, but since both of those were taken already (above in red) my new (unique) guess is: 286.5/267

Possibly. I can't even remember what I guess but I remember getting slightly flamed for it.

Really?

He's been around for a while, bought and sold parts, and seems to be fairly active.

I doubt he would get anything about yanking our chain and saying he has a cobalt for this long.. Not to mention I don't see the point.

Joel.
