Please help! (wot box trouble)

As far as I know, everything was installed correctly. The box blinks accordingly and the NLS works but the 2-step doesn't. Any idea what's wrong? Let me know asap!

There is a trouble shooting guide on the web sight. I had a similar problem, my 2 step was set to high. I just set it to something lower and it worked.
