i know what it means but why and how it only pops up sometimes but the car does not seem to run bad atleast i cant tell what the hell any help

 

Try changing your plugs. I recommend ngk bkr7e's gapped at .035

 

I have had 2 of these recently, never had them before, but the car didnt feel any diffrent, check your plugs.

my plugs were okay but now i have a timing chain issue thats quite bad, i think that caused my P0300 codes

if they go away and dont come back dont worry, unless you get P0301 P0302 P0303 or P0304
