.300"- 251.7 cfm
.350"- 273.3 cfm
.400"- 284.1 cfm
.450"- 293.0 cfm
.500"- 299.1 cfm
exhaust......... percentage of exhaust to intake at given lifts.......
.050"- 53.0 cfm 77.8%
.100"- 88.4 cfm 82.3%
.150"-124.0 cfm 86.5%
.200"- 154.4 cfm 82.8%
.250"- 175.2 cfm 77.5%

B, they are the same exact ports, i just used an lsj gasket to match the lsj head to instead of a oval l61 gasket.... those are the sme port profile and they are 300cfm intake ports and 210cfm exahust ports to say the least. ive been doing this for 10 years almost now i have a very steady hand sir.

Nick, you can look forward to some more pictures tomorrow.
Finally got some cleanup done. I didn't realize your car is auto! I'm excited to see this head done on what you're putting together.

i got the stage 1 ported head from ZZP, i mainly got them to do the head for the valve spring upgrades for high RPMS, but it does seem to open up some and pull a little stronger than before above 3500 rpm. I only have a 2.8" pulley, e85, and stock cams so i think cams will really open it the rest of the way up top.
I feel a bit of a loss down low, but I have long tube headers and a 3" exhaust so i can't move as much air as i need for how open it is. Cams and head are definitely an upgrade for someone moving lots of air, probably show better gains with TVS or Turbo (or M62 if you're running smaller pulley's but you can only go so small and run out off efficiency range).

Euth did a great job on my head, but that is so last year and he lost a ton of business due to some fallings out with people and so many blown deadlines. Thought that might have been you too. Still waiting on my MP-90 kit there Euth, 6 months late and at least a dozen excuses!

So you guys are obviously the best crowd to ask this then...
Im about to drop a completely stock LSJ into my 04 cavalier.
I have a steigmeir ported M62, 2.8" pulley, and a bunch of other cooling mods with the LSJ pacesetter header and 2.5" exhaust (larger header, 1 3/4" or 1 7/8" i believe).
While I have the engine out of the car, is it worth at least doing a port job on the exhaust side, or would i be best to wait until i plan on doing a cam upgrade down the road? I already have the ZZP springs with stock cams.
And remember, its already out. So any labor spent over a few cold beers and a few hours of work is worth it if its done prior to going in, nothing needs to be removed to do it.
Thanks!

do you guys know what it typically runs cost-wise on avg, shipping included? I was thinking of doing it myself and just being more conservative on the port. Im not looking for 400hp...just trying to make it as efficient as possible on my mild set up before I put the head back on soon.
