i know porting the head will greatly increase car performance. but has anyone ported the intake mani and what did you get out of it?

intake side is not the problem

 

so the stock LSJ mani is fine?

 

for anything a s/c will throw at it pretty much. portin it ain't gonna do much if at all. exhaust side of the head is what needs done

 

just wondering cause im going tvs and deffiantly want the most in and out freedom without restriction

 

then get a ported head with valvesprings and rev it out

 

actualy the intake can use some porting around the laminovas if done correctly

 

could a machine shop do it properly?

yea because porting the intake manifold on a stock motor is gonna be worthwhile
you got any proof behind your stupid banter where an intake mani was ported and that was the only thing changed??? thought so.
at the end of the day its still a s/c 4cyl anyways fail

 

well atleast it can pull so not fail and it cant hurt to just port that dam thing

 

my car will not be stock. lol. im talking TVS, ported head with cams/valves and more, LS4 tb. 50shot or more nitrous. forged bottom end. 3'' all the way through

 

And what proof do you have to back up this banter? besides it being your own opinion. There are gains to be had, but i'll take a page out of Area47s book and have you figure it out your self
