thanks to 2k5sssc for the help

I wana make about 350whp and 350ishtq safely and reliable, and i COULD do it with the TVS but turbo is just gonna be much easier and efficient

The synchronic BOV is great but stay away from their wastegate. I haven't had much luck with it. It's real complicated to set up. Now that it's set it's working well but it took a few weeks to get working right.

A garret T3/t4 50 trim is about 600 shipped for the same power available unless your set on the 20g. And the vulcan turbo many is about 100 cheaper to go with that turbo.

Umm... you can run a 2.2 alternator and belt (actually the belt is just a touch bigger if you want the part number) for about 145 new or about 80 out of a junker.

You can reuse you stock maf location on the intake by cutting it up if you plan on running a draw through.

IDK of anything else I can think of to save you any money. It all looks pretty good.

Have goodluck with the build!!!!!

Yeah, but whats unique about that. People expect a Neon SRT-4 to be turbo (well duh).......but they don't expect a supposed supercharged Cobalt to be turbo, which ups the cool factor.

not to mention tuning a wideband monitoring gauges a custom downpipe...i hope you can weld...a way to mount your ic...o so lovely the amount of work you have to do...not to mention the special intake for the manifold youl have to make as well

Is that an eBay turbo?

eBay turbo..

You can get a eBay T3 T4 for $118.99 plus shipping and an eBay 38mm wastegate for $47.99 plus shipping.It would be recommended getting the good stuff the first time though.

^Don't forget about the compressor being glued together :}

Cheaping out on a wastegate is a baaadd idea but if you're going to atleast get a Godspeed.I hear they are pretty decent.
