possibly twincharging...
Okay, I know this nail has been beaten time and time again...
I'm currently running a TVS setup..
Turbo swapping is OBVIOUSLY more efficient, and better for the longevity of the engine. Got it.
A good turbo swap kit from ZZP will set me back about $4200..
cool.
I'm about to have 4 grand to spend to increase the power of my car.
I have a couple options..I can build the engine, maybe squeeze another 30-40 whp out of the tvs with tuning for about 2500 bucks.. cool! awesome.
Or I can slap together a twincharged kit, put a bigger pulley on the supercharger and run a safe amount of boost through the turbo and easily make over 400 with the meth on a SAFE tune.
ZZP stopped selling the kit for a reason, got it. cool..
Twincharging is still sexy.. whine psssh.. I want it .. . .
How much to twincharge? I would guess I could throw down about 2 thousand to make it happen. Piecing parts together and getting a great deal on a turbo.. Cool.
Now, what the **** do I need as far as PARTS to make this vision a success.. (whatever is left over is going to build internals, such as a ported head, cams valve springs... so that I can get a little more aggressive with the tuning and boost)
first twincharged tvs? let's see...
Help me compile a list of things I will need, and where the hell I can buy this **** because I'm feeling lost right now..
already have a kystg3clutch and all supporting mods for the tvs.
Flame away.

I Talked to zzp about tvs twin charge setup in the past. They said you would be better off selling the tvs and using the m62 as there are little to no gains by using the tvs over the m62. They advised me to Use the tvs to fund part of the build.
people where having issue with twinchargering the m62 id hate to see what would happen with a TVS, honestly you should get some headwork stg 2 cams, ported head and valve springs and maybe a 50 spot of nitrous if that aint enough.
U would b better off ditching tvs as sc is only used for initial spool of turbo. But like Tyler I want to do somethin different myself. I say keep the tvs and throw a giant like 4082r on that bish. Lol. I have been debating twincharging myself and have been curious where and wut parts r needed to piece one together. Sub'd for info

Cams and valve springs are a definite..
However, what manifold do I need? it's not the intake mani right? since that's what the supercharger sits on, it must be some sort of exhaust manifold.. I'm at a loss..
the 60s i have now will be sufficient, won't need 80s unless I run E85, but i have methanol.
just so people know this won't happen until december, I just want to start planning now so that when the time comes I will have as much knowledge about what I'm doing as I can..

Would I even need the intercooler?? Just the intake onto the turbo, turbo bolted to the turbo manifold.. goes on the back i see. LOL and the downpipe for the turbo, oil cooling lines, boost controller, bov, wastegate...

I'll probably run the stock pulley on the tvs.. which I think is like 15psi??? am I wrong?
then maybe throw 8 psi through the turbo..
along with the cams and valve springs, I should see 400 easy with some tuning, yea?

running the stock pulley on the tvs will reduce the stress in it, reduce temperatures.. Hmmnnn..
15psi on the tvs > 15 psi on the m62 power wise.. I'm really curious
