Power Cable Arched PCM

The battery cable arched the PCM, the cable was unplugged from the battery, but still arched. Car will not start now, is the PCM bad?

if it arked check all fuses and relays like say battery fuse, the ip fuse crank fuse and ect, the pcm has a capacitor that should hold most arc but not all ive seen some pretty pcms burned, just make sure to check all before ordering a new one.

I checked all of the fuses under the hood, i pulled up each one of them and nothing was blown, all the fuses in the interior as well, nothing blown. The battery fuse? The one in the trunk? what wasn't blown either.

Everything in the interior works. I turn the key over, car does nothing, please help..

u have a crank relay, and that should be it ... two of them in the hood fuse box, also make sure your car doesnt have the pass lock system engaged when the car is on in the on position theres not supposed to be the little lock on it it should come on then off if it stays on then pass key is engaged and you need to do the relearn
