There are no "power chips" for the cobalt. Most of what you find on ebay or another site is usually a scam or something you dont want to put on your car. Many vendors sell "canned" tunes that are decent but the best tune you can get is from a HPT (hp tuner) or better yet a shop with a dyno and tuning experience. Try out the search function on the site and you will find alot of info about tunes and performance do's and donts.

ive actualy seen some vee dubs that you can buy an actual chip, and you must remove the factory chip and solder the new one into the computer.

but enough of that, for the balts, as stated, you can buy an aftermarket tuned ecm or go to a tuning shop and get a custom tune done. what do you have done to the car???

Please use the search tool, there are 100 threads about "performance chips" on the site, and ass everyone says they don't exist.

You can however get your car tuned by a local member or shop.
