when i googled it i seen things like it could be my intake/filter, vaccuum leaks etc but other people suggested cat converter... does anyone here know what this could be?

just started happening today

When it pauses around 4-5k, does the car feel like it falls flat on it's face kinda? You're probably lurching forward in your seat a bit?
