Problem with heat exchanger

The past few days I noticed a small leak around the bottom valve. Upon investigation I noticed that there is a arm that gets knocked around on driveways parking curbs etc.

Can this be replced with something smaller? What mixture are you guys running. coolant/water mix ratio..

well remember coolant temps are different from the supercharger cooling system(Intake air temperature 2 sensor reads this) temps. either way i have my fans kick on real early. my car never gets above 174*F COOLANT temp.
