Problem With New O2 Sensor 1 Bank 1 Heater Circuit

I have a problem with my O2 sensor. My stock one died on me so I replace it but now Im getting a P0135.... Its saying that the computer has recognized a failure in the heater circuit.
Now I replace the sensor twice because the same code came on so i figured it was the sensor and returned it back for another one and same thing.
I checked my fuses and all are good.
the connection is good at the oxygen sensor. This is driving me nuts.
ANY SOLUTIONS...

I might have a bad ground but I dont know where to start.

your car still running the stock exhaust? Also check for any grounding issues or bad/frayed wires or bad connections maybe corrosion. I've gotten some wierd CEL's show up from taking out my catalytic converter, that might be one that could possibly show up even though its the pre-cat o2 sensor. My manual states that it could most likely be a grounding issue or bad connection thats all i can be sure to check at the least.

I have a 3"CTI Exhaus and pacesetter headers and my hi flow cat is about 2 months old now. If its a grounding issue, how would i be able to find it and then fix it.
