all of my **** is HF stuff.

The only thing I've broken from them is a 13mm deep socket, 2 1/4 extensions and a 3/8 to 1/2 converter.

Use two 4x4s and it will work great, the one 4x4 was a little sketchy due to the engine mount locations. Not to mention if you use two 4x4s with a spreader or spacer you might be able to use them to lift the transmission into place

I got that engine brace from harbor freight and it's a little dicey trying to get it mounted on that small weld, but it worked just fine.
Leak- are you sure you got that little bastard clip in right on the clutch pipe. That thing is a mf trying to get back in just right. Sounds like you may need a better helper...

That had nothing to do with me. I wasn't even there when he did that part but yeah pretty sure that's the part that was leaking.

yeah, so the leak was the dist block on top wasn't seated all the way. I had the trans out and figured I'd bleed the TOB to verify no leak. had my buddy push the clutch while I bled it and I heard a pop and the TOB burst lol

Turns out you need to have it installed in the motor so it has something to push against. So I just got the new TOB tonight and installed it etc. Looks good and distro block is installed correctly

Drove her to work today. Need a couple things before its 100%. but im getting around 25 mpg on the DIC so we'll see come fill up time. I'm in love with the clutch already. GMPP is magnificent. the subaru clutch was a PITA to drive in traffic. The clamping force of the pressure plate is more than double that of the GMPP.

That picture almost makes her look clean

We'll actually log the car this weekend to see how the trims look. Also if you stay out of WOT you'll get better mileage

I took the pressure washer out after you left and cleaned it with simple green. I also cleaned the interior windows multiple times to get rid of the nicotine.

It's ok, thanks for trying. We have one about an hour and a half from us, but they are outrageous on parts. After all it's just a car to get me back and forth from work. While the cobalt sets in the garage.

I go semi regularly so I'll keep an eye out, the prices are very reasonable since they get a $2 entry fee from everyone.
