PSI guage in Canadian car?

us canadians have our boost guages reading KPA, i was wondering if buying a US version (PSI) guage would do anything? well other than the fact of reading it in PSI vs KPA..

would anything need to be adjusted or would it just be a plug and play operation?

it would just tell you PSI, as you want it to. Plug and play.
