pulley hub removal and shit
Easiest way is to use a press and bearing splitter to pull the old pulley/hub off, and then use a GM power steering pump pulley installer tool to install the new pulley. Rent one from autozone for free if you need to, its much safer that way. It has a bearing collar deal that threads into the blower shaft, then you turn the collar nut down on it which pulls the pulley on safely. You can't put it on with a press correctly, you risk damaging the housing or bearings in the blower as they are forced to take a load that they shouldn't see.
