Pulley Removal Help!

Well I got my Nate 2.9 pulley in the mail the other day...trying to put it on but the blue GM pulley bolts won't budge! I don't want to destroy the old pulley...anyone know of a tool that will hold the pulley from turning in place in order to break those bolts free? Thanks

You have to get the special GM bit/socket to get them out. I had the same problem. Just don't mess with them or you'll strip them out then you will have to resort to drilling them out, which would mean you'd have to pull the supercharger off.

I have the bit...the bolts are just too tight...I can't keep the pulley from spinning while trying to put force on the bolts

I would suggest leaving the belt on, then using a screwdriver to twist the belt a bit to make it hold the pulley tighter. You'll probably need a helper to do this while you try to loosen the bolts.
