pulley swap(GM stg.2 hub)
You are going to need a pulley puller to remove the stock pulley. ZZP makes a nice one and I believe you can also rent them at autozone. As far as taking the belt off: There is a 15mm square bolt that you need to rotate forward and down to relieve tension from the belt. It is black and located close to the pulley. If you look its pretty hard to miss. Someone may be able to post a pic to show you better. If you do a search this topic has been pretty torn apart in detail.
stock pully is pressed... you will have to take the blower off to get it off..
i did stage II swap with just a bud in about 2 hours... its not that hard .. slowest part is pulling off the old pully and putting on the new hub
