pulling timing

pulling timing
had my car tuned last year by byt having a little problem with it knocking
at 6k it starts to knock about 6* and goes to about 12* right when i let off at 6200rpms
air/fuel seems good at a 11.8ish
had the car tuned in 60* weather
its 38 out right now
also my muffler is f'ed right now baffles could be restricting flow
meth is good cleaned the nozzle filter yesterday, checked the pressure switch which is set to come on at 10 psi
any ideas

pumps done(have new one but too cold to put it in)
iat2 hits like 110*
but i though it will on pull timing after like 140* iat2

If you're getting 12* KR your engine isn't gonna live too long if you keep pushing it.
Exhaust restriction could be the cause, or bad gas. If the meth is spraying I doubt it's because of high IAT2...

though maybe i miss mixed my last 2 gallons of meth and water but this would cause a lean afr
did also adjust my pressure switch for 6psi to 10 psi(so i would spray when getting on a highway ect)
spark blow out?
