The flash fixed mine completely , i i haven't had one bounce since the updated stage flash. I remember driving my car into the driveway the first time and watching as it bounced form 500 to 1500 rpm for about 30 seconds , man i was pissed.

ITS THE Fluctuation of the adaptive spark.

change plugs or get a tune that reduces the spark by 30%

mine does it too--even worse at night with the lights on...they get really dim when the idles drops...it's embarassing. my boost at idle is -15...any ideas?

I'm considering selling my car cause it drives me nuts.

Mine does this sometimes...but not very often. Mainly just whenever I am pulling forward a little bit and abruptly put the clutch in....usually whenever I am backing my car out I have to pull back in to get it out where I kinda park in a cramped like area...sucks but dosn't do it often so I don't worry about it.

The flash from gm just raises your idle a little bit. There is a lot of idle surging problems in the ss/sc i believe it is more maf related and nothing that can't be tuned out. Mine was fine tell my maf decided to blow
