I just ordered some black 1st gen halo headlights. I want to get an HID kit for them before I install them, what do I need?

Yah everything is plug and play. I bought my set off a vendor on the site. The only thing you have to do is drill in your projector where the bulb goes so your new bulb will fit. All the wiring is just plug and play.

thats what I was thinking 3b spec, but like what wattage ballasts and what bulbs do I need for first gen projectors? I think they are H1's but are there two differant bulbs for high beams in the projectors, i'd imagine.

yah I got mine from 3bspec. Your high beams are seperate from your lows so even though you have HID's your going to keep your high beams. Your bulbs are H1 and I went with the regular wattage ballast.

you need h1 bulbs which fit in both high and low and 35w ballast will be fine

so I'd order the bulb type for the aftermarket bulbs, and then order a 9007 harness because thats what the stock headlight harness is?
