question... after taking out the 4 blots holding on the pulley do u need a pulley puller to take the pulley off?

If you have the stage 2 no you don't need a puller just take the belt off and then grab the pulley and comes right off.

by comes right off what do u mean? i put a decent force into it and it didnt budge... should it slide right off or will it take some good force?

It took a nice tug to get mine off. The heat shrunk it some.
