Yes, technically there are only 2 pulley sizes recognized by GM. The Stage II and Stage III pulley. Since the stage III comes with a new PCM, the only flashes would be for the stage II pulley.

also another question you all might be able to help me out with is it true that factory exhaust system need to be cut out because it is all in one piece. If this is true what who be the best at home method to cut the pipe I am assuming that it would be hard to cut

Yeah, the quickest way to do the exhaust is to cut the pipe right before the rear wheel. I just bought a Sawzall for the job. It took about 15 seconds.

the easy way is to just cut behing the torsion beam like said above.

you can take it out in one peice, but it's a bitch and you'll need a few people. you have to jack the rear and take off the torsion beam completely. you'll want to have a friend or 2 because it's heavy, and if you have the car on jackstands it's an akward position to lower it. if you just unbolt it yourself it will probably fall on your head it's not so much that it's heavy as it is akward, probably around 100 pounds or so.

also, if you go that route make sure you disconnect the brake lines, which are attached to the torsion beam.

yea, it's a bitch. only time i would ever consider doing it again is if i HAD to have the exhaust in one piece. the reason why i did it was because me and another member were swapping exhausts, so we didn't want to cut them.

Don't put a 2.7" pulley on with the GM Stage 2 tune, i would say a 2.9" would be best the lowest being a 2.85". Plus the 2.7" pulley wont fit on the end of the supercharger with out some machining or grinding the end of the snout to accept a smaller than 2.8" pulley anyways.

Just go with the 2.9" pulley
