I have a stage 2 on my SS.
I just ordered a 2.8 size pulley I need to know if I can use the same belt or do I need to buy a saller belt to fit the 2.8 pully.

 

if your using a shortened belt with your stage 2 already then youll be fine

 

do you think that the 2.8 size pulley will make a difference?

 

if your talking about making a difference in power, yes it will. just make sure you get tuned after you put on the pulley. and you might wanna think about colling mods if you dont have any already

 

There was a thread somewhere what showed a Stage 2 car with no cooling mods with the 3.06, 2.9, and to 2.8 on a dyno. If I remember right the 2.8 actually made the least amount of power due to the heat and it had crazy IDC's.

 

you need cooling mods, and either bigger injectors or water/meth injection

 

get 60lb injectors and some cooling mods

 

yea dont forget the injectors, and meth would be your best bet for cooling

 

okay I'm knew at this so how does the water/meth injection work?

 

injects into ur intake or into a spacer plate and alows u to run more timing with less knock and also cools ur car down... google devils own methanol kit... ule find it
