Mine clogged too, but it was just debris in the nozzle. That is probably why I have to build my engine now. haha ef'ed it up! so be careful...

It started pinging real bad once I feel/see it I would let off, I tried different things to fix it, didnt work because I didnt know that it was clogged (and it was not suggested by the manufacturer), then I found it but by the time it was fixed, when I boosted a **** load of oil blew out the dipstick the damage was already done... Now I have low low compression and the dipstick will pop out when I boost....

So make sure the unit is running correctly!

Install is easy.. You just need to find a spot for the pump, pressure switch, and relay (relay depends on the system you get) where it wont get wet. Wiring is straight forward. Its not difficult.. I would recommend a TB spacer so you dont have to drill into your intake for the nozzle.

I am going to get the devils own progressive meth kit does it come with directions? I was going to put the pump and a 4qt meth bottle in the trunk good spot? In new jersey there's a guy who specializes in all ss models n he is gonna tune it n set it up to automatically run so I don't habe to ever touch it again.

Progressive kit huh.. I just went with the standard kit, not progressive and it worked well (when it worked).. Yes it will come with direction. Truck is a very good spot, a lot of people put them there.

IDK what they mean by constant power. So I guess I dont know much about the progressive, but I went with the standard because it was my preference. I didnt see a need to go with the progressive. I mean they essentially do the same thing, but I believe one goes off of a MAP or MAF signal and mine went off of boost. My tuner tuned it quick, so I am not sure the tuning differences if they are both tuned easily.

Guys look into Collingmist.com. I'm going to run this on my Subaru. The kit I have should also work on your SC Cobalts. You can get clog dectection, and fail safe so if you run out of meth it will basically cut your boost back. And I work at a chemical distribution plant and am trying to get a hold of a 55 gallon drum of Methanol. I thought about cutting it to 50/50 for myself and selling to others. Oh and remember anything stronger than 50% methanol and your mixture is now FLAMABLE. Just keep that in mind. And denatured alcohol is Isopropyl alcohol and is comepletly diff. than Methanol. Isopropyl alcohol can damage you pumps/lines if not compatable.
