If you can deal with the vibs they are giving, then they CANNOT be giving much vibs, which means you cannot be getting much noise from them...

Members have stated about "vibs" but not "noise"

You are correct, we were refering to "repairing" the original (example welding) is not possible...

Not good, you have a loud exhaust, and a very nice header kit to fix it, which you cannot even see...

The flew pipe that broke is a Hahn. I am searching for a new one. The flex pipe that is currently on the car is the stock one. It was checked and double checked.

Say what you want Aaron. This is the type of buisness you run. I'll take my money elsewhere. Blame it on my exhaust that doesn't have a whole, the ground, or whatever you can think of. Your email said minimal vibration. Not noticable after 1000 miles. Minimal vibration makes my engine louder in the cabin and makes my rear view mirror un-usable?

Where on your site does it state that you wouldn't take it back?

I am not the only one stating it is your exhaust, others are also. Read the above posts...

Describe minimal vibrations, put it on a MEASURABLE scale... That is why some state the vibs are minimal and others say (like you) they are more than minimal... (it is all based on opinion)

Read around you are NOT the first one to have this mount.

Other members specifically state the vibs are minimal, are you calling our everyone on the forums that psts vibs are minimal?

As you asked us we stated it was being coated, as they are made to order or "special order"

We dont re sell used parts, no one buys a new part and get a used one. I dont think you want a used part showing up when you ordered new...

Also it is specifically coated and built for your specifications...

to OP: did you ever stop to think you didn't torque the mount bolts down enough? maybe causing the mount to allow movement in turn directing it through the chassis?

just a suggestion.

We did check the bolts. These werwe installed and un-installed by a mechanic. I don't work on my car that much.

Aaron you can make up whatever reason you'd like to make yourself feel better about misleading me.

I wouldn't run my business the way you run yours. Like I said we can agree to disagree. I really hope that you don't treat all of your customers like this.

The lecture in the email was un called for.

We stated the EXACT same thing on the forums already, read prior post in this thread...

We have nothing to hide for what we stated to you, that is why we posted it in the forums here...

As OTHER members posted the same thing. There is ALWAYS a side effect to mods, so if you dont like side effects you shouldnt mod a car... And this is "our" fault????

HOW DID WE MIS LEAD YOU? You asked for solid mounts, we stated what we had to offer... That was it... Read the forums, WE are NOT the ones rating how bad the vibs are... Most state they are minimal....

How are you suppose to get rid of engine movement without making the "root cause" (mounts) firmer??? Common sense here... (tell me this is not what you asked for?)

Customer Service at its finest. Way to go Aaron.

Do you treat all your customers like this?

I know there are side effects to doing modifications to my cars. That is in no way your fault. But, when you say the side effects are minimal I expect minimal. Minimal being that I should be able to notice if I pay attention. Not to the point to where it is very apparent. Common sense here tells me that you should have explained it better knowing damn well that the effects were not minimal. Thats where I feel I was misled and that is your fault.

Customer service? How about being realistic on what you are asking for? There is always and will always be a discrepancy on what "minimal" means, as there is no "metric" behind it.

We stated what customers and members of this forum have stated:
