In case you guys haven't known.... I got about 70miles in on the break in and i put the car away and next morning on start up i devolved an oil pressure issue.

After a a few days of dicking around, I discovered my engine builder RTV my front cover/Oil Pump on, and 90% sure this is my issue i don't know why he thought this was a good idea especially when i gave him that gasket

So now I have to have a "***** Moment" at this guys shop .

Hopefully this motor is no fucked, but I don't have high hopes. as of right now

Wtf way kinda Fucktard dose that didnt he have a book to follow?
Find out Wat he used to seal the block and bed plate. If he used rtv Ur Gona have to pull it out and tale the engine back apart. Cuz u will develop a main bearing issue soon. Along with main seal issues.

Well duh. U will develop bearing issues. Cuz more of the rtv stays between the case halfs creating more clearance for the main bearings.

18 degrees over iat1 WITHOUT the tank, I'm currently redoing the tank in aluminum, that's more molded to the bumpers shape.

That was after four back to back pulls temps dont crepe up either

I've been busy.

1. Replaced Vacuum lines, made a good difference in idle as i believe they were coplasing a bit under vacuum.

2. Corrected Some issues and Test some Significantly higher boost, My peak seems to be 15psi @6k rpms, I'll go higher(7300rpm) When I get this thing on a dyno to get properly tuned (its getting to dangerous to street tune...) & Over to synthetic. But other wise defiantly throws you back in the seat even with me ***** footing it, feels right about my power goals

Video
[

3. Oil gets changed Tomorrow, I'll be at the 800mile mark !, last dyno oil change then I go to 5w40 synthetic.

4. Tinted the windows today!, unfortunately some scratches showed on the glass...(These cars must have soft glass) if anyone has got a wrecked car with good glass i'm down! hit me up

Video

Also I got a throttle position sensor, p0300 misfire code, & LIMP mode.
Now, I drove the car and a NASTY rain storm, parked the car outside in the shed for 2-3 days with freezing temperatures.
Went to start it immediately rough rough idle and pretty much popped those codes up, Now im going to assume it was ice in the intake and chuck it up as that, drove the car 15mins, parked restarted and limp mode was gone and then i cleared the codes.

This has been the only negative thing so far.

I'll be honest it's show season at work so you guys wont see much of me here.... I'll be at the following places this year for race sport, so if you wanna meet and are in the 12v bizz come meet me.

March:
March 18th - MRI Show @ Boston/Mass.
March 21-23 - P&E Show @Tennessee

April:
April 2&3rd – DAS Dealer Show @ Atlantic City, New Jersey
April 16th - AM Distributors Show @ Chicago

May:
May 12-13th AAM Group @ St Louis, MO
A&W - Dallas (Date T.B.D.)
JADE (Date & Location T.B.D.)
Car is dead
Failure due to piston to wall clearance & spun a bearing, I actually think the block is ******* tweaked to be 100% honest with you & I'll likely make a table out of it.

Finished fuel system upgrades
Bigger injectors

Bought an GEN iii LDK SB
Going with e85 & E100 tunes this Summer on m62 I want to see what kinda numbers I can put down.

Car Is going Full retard and I'm going to gut it & Cage it

Also Going TVS Late this year after I move.

I literally have no space with vette, impala, mr2, Malibu, and I have two more customers cars coming and I'm still looking for a truck..... Neighbors have to think I'm pushing keys or sum thing...
