Red SS in the bay area

Sorry that i posted this in the 2.0l section i was told to post here as it was the supercharged model section. Anyways, i was driving a black civic on 580E today and we raced each other...I was just curious if you'd like to do it again, maybe on film or something. Let me know i'll check back.

ok peace yo. i figured this is how rival car owners would treat another person with a different car. i try to come here and get a good race going and get flamed for being faster. have fun with your sub 200whp cars.

I'm in the bay..

I'll race you in your civic no problem..

straight away, twisties, freeway, street, roll, dig, sideways, upside down.. anything you want..

Which civic do you have? Hatchback? Coupe? HX?CX? DX? EX? SI?

Full interior? Gutted?

BTW. I don't drive a Cobalt SS SC, I drive a Ion Redline. It's not so popular quicker twin.

I don't know how much power this Civic has, but if it's gutted and has some decent mods he might win. Of course a gutted car is just that... gutted and useless for anything but racing. Regardless, I'd like to see it and I wish I was closer so I could race, win or lose.

holy ****. i want to slap the hell out of all the cobatl ss/sc owners that just posted.

a honda civic is not a slow car. ..... seriously. its and engine (let alone the renowned v-tec) and a chasis... (to keep things simple)

in no way is a honda civic a slow car; nor an "OMG RICER"
i couldnt even try to count the number of civics that would literally rape a stock cobalt.... let alone a modded cobalt.

now, b4 everyone gets all defensive and says "im better because i drive an american car with torque," realize that the cobalt is a new vehicle and has nowhere near the amount of aftermarket support that a civic has at this time.

i saw a topic not too long ago about a cobalt owner posting on civic forums and getting bitched at. ... everyone laughed like it was so immature. nothing in this topic is different. you might get a bash or two out of the post in the 2.0l Tech Dicussion Only..... but would he have honestly gotten a response elsewhere?

... im done. get over the pride that you drive a fast american *import chamillion*
and yes, i drive and LOVE a cobalt SS/SC...

edit: btw turbo 1.6 blah blah blah... u didnt post with much intelligence. this is just "stirring up ****" and wasnt the best move. now u have a bunch of cocky cobalt drivers assuming u drive a ricer civic and they want to eat you for breakfast. not to dismiss that you have a fast ride.... just that this was not a good topic to start. another add-on for the members of this forum, consider what a 2.0l cobalt would have w/o a supercharger.... OMG, its more like a civic :O :O :O

enough. this post is done. if u want to find out who raced u try posting in regional section.

also why are all these "fast honda's" always gutted. seriously. cant u be fast with your interior?
