Sounds like you don't need to remove the blower. See post from Korax123 below:

Anyone need a pulley installed?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok after doing the pulley it isn't that bad to do at all. I bought the puller tool so if anyone wants me to swap just the pulley for them I can do it for like $15-20 or donations lol. I should be able to do it on Cobalts without taking off the S/C also.

PM me if you need this done.

Honestly, everyone is capable of doing it, but dont do it yourself.... you will need help with it, and it should be someone that knows what they are doing....... my pully took me and my buddy near 6 hours to do, and it should only take about 30 minutes.... the tool may break... like ours did, about 5 times, and we had to improvise......getting the pully off is for sure a one man job... but getting it back on should def. be 2

well i am going to have someone with a little knowledge help me, i dont see it being that big of a deal. im not worried about screwing it up, i built the motor for my camaro by myself. and thats alot harder than swaping a pulley. But thanks for the concerns guys. where did u get the pulley tool from that broke 5 times? just wondering. i got the pulley and puller tool from intense.

I wasn't tryin to insult, just that the bearing and seal are easily dammaged if it isn't pulled off perfectly. What about a Dealer? At least if they F it up, they can get you a new blower seal.
