Torque specs on the spark plug cover are unneccessary(sp?).... But it is a T30 torx bit to unscrew them, just screw them back on tight! that is it!

and don't over-tighten it, you can crack it. Just make it hand tight.

Well, when someone asks for a torque spec on a cover, I have to mention it. Also, my car has some small cracks from the very first time it got dynoed and the cover got put back on with a ratchet too tight. Get a T30 nut driver, that way you can't really twist it too hard and overtighten.

if you have to ask that question, seriously dont work on your car. im not trying to be a dick but if you have that little knowledge youre better off not touching it. you should try and practice on something else. but i guesss not everyone has that luxury. at least buy a haynes/chilton or some brand repair manual for your car, and follow the directions in there, it will help you with basics.
