question about stage 2

I am thinking about getting stage 2 and i ahve a couple questions...
--I only hav 2500 miles on my car, should i wait til i put some more mileage on it first?
--If i get the GM stage 2, will it be hurting my car at all and would i be up for risks like blowin my engine, or messing up the axles or anyhting?
--If its safe, would it also be safe to run the GM stage 3 pulley then?

thanks guys

agreed!

Accept, for number two, I would also look into some traction mods.
Wheel hop = broken axles over time.

Yes you can put it on your car now! The stage 2 will not be hurting or messing up anything on your car, and yes you can run the gm stage 3 pulley, you could mess up your axles stock if you let your car wheel hop enough.

okay sounds good...i want to put on the ingalls td because its easy but not too sure about the polymounts and all that because i think that requires more work??... but my question is is the stage 2 def. worth the money and do you know how long it would take for a shop to install it?(because basically my parents would never let me do this so i am saving up without them knowing and going to get it one day...theyd never know lol)

With Stage II the only thing likely to mess up your car is your right foot.

OK , if it were me, this is what I would do.Buy your Stage II kit from a reputable source.
Take it to your dealer, have them install it,and reflash it. At this point your warranty is still intact. Here comes the hardest part. Now just leave it alone.Drive it,take care of it,and
read any and every thing you can get your hands on.Service manuals, magazines, etc.
DO NOT rely on internet opinions.Drive your car and enjoy it,and don't leave your dirty clothes laying around the house.

The most common answer your going to get with this question is to search.
Stage 2 with a 2.8 has been beaten out of existance, not just to death.
