Removing Stage 2?
So I'm debating selling my car. Most people interested in it seem not to care about the Stage 2 upgrade so I was considering selling it off. My question is, is it worth it? It was under $200 Can. to have it installed, but would it cost the same to remove it? Can the new buyer get the Stage 2 upgrade flash free of charge? Should mine be re-flashed down to stock again? Cost on that?
Can the removal be done by anyone other than the Dealer?
Thanks.

You're gonna have to leave Stage 2 on there.
you can't pull the hub back off and press on the stock pulley again... and you don't want to get it reflashed to stock.
plus... you can't really sell the "stage 2" kit without the tune.
Just add $600 or so to the price you are wanting for the car... that will cover the S2.

Yes I would think that you're best to leave it on, especially considering you would have to pay to take it off.
If they don't know about it, just explain to those looking to buy your car about the stage 2, you know "developed and made by GM, full factory warranty", etc.
But only you can determine if you will get any more money for the kit, don't be disappointed if it doesn't add anything to what you get for the car.

Yeah, I'd say leave it on. If I knew anything about balts and I was looking for one, I would like the fact that it's already got S2. My car has S2 also and it really is amazing.
