resonator help please

ok so my "wonderful" zzp whisper resonator has cracked beyond belief and repair. I have a full vibrant 3 inch exhaust. what other resonator would quiet it down as much as possible? im looking for one massive one. any help would be great thanks.

All these whisper resonator threads are really turning me away from the ZZP exhaust setup. Along with their increasing negative rep and general attitude on the board.

I don't know if they will fit, but I believe Vibrant makes good resonators.

Its nice and T304, but its also huge.

I can try to get you a 18" magnaflow. We use this on our catback. Let me know if you are interested

^well does it quiet it down significantly? i know this might be silly asking a vendor, but do you think the magnaflow or vibrant would be better? btw i need it to be 3" bc thats the size of my exhaust.

I personally have never used the vibrant res so i can't say one way or the other on that but i do know the magnaflow works quite well for being a very straight through design.

I will get pricing for you guys tonight

Why buy a name brand resonator. You did that once and look what happened, it was junk! I have been running a universal resonator that my exhaust guy ordered, 20-24" i think and it works perfectly and I have had it on for 1+ years. Part, cut, and weld 50 or 60$

Just remember folks, you get what you pay for. ;-)

I believe my car has the exact resonator Wannabe is speaking of (bigass Magnaflow on a CIA catback 3" exhaust). It's delicious, I highly recommend it.

I have a 36" magnaflow, 6" diameter. It's HUGE and it quiets it down a ton. Had to shorten my DP to get it to fit. It bottoms out a lot but it's worth it, my ZZP whisper i had before split at the welds on both sides, muffler shop said it was a poor piece of work. They wouldn't warranty it for me, since it was a year old.
