Did you take the S/C off to install the pulley? If so, you may have a vacuum leak if you didn't put the S/C back on correctly

Check your engine code and see what it is.

Also, Your belt could be slipping

I think you have a vacuum leak as well, start your car and open the hood, you should be able to hear it.

It isn't his belt, he'd hear it.

If you are using the factory PCM controlled boost gauge, it WON'T read correctly!

Mine did the same thing, sometimes it would bounce all around.

You need a mechanical boost gauge if you want the correct reading. Hope this helps before you go tearing the car apart. You prob have it installed correctly.

The stock gauge won't read the full psi level, the aeroforce scan gauge does the trick! Revitup has a way to fix the stock gauge problem...I think there is a thread about it somewhere on here.

but get this i told him to unplug the box and run stock pcm just to see and the boost guage would read at all if it was even hitting boost since it should cause i had the boostbypass mod on it. you could feel the sudden rush in power though when the guage jumped from 10 psi to 15 finally so it might no be just the guage.

Rev it up changes the MAP signal so the PCM thinks your getting less boost than you truely are.

you are right about that BUT when darksun was in the car with me you could feel the significant difference when it jumped randomly up to 15 psi sooo it wasnt just the boost guage

BULLSHIT

My gauge started reading 15 after I installed my 3.0 pulley, they are plenty accurate.
