You can still buy OEM sleeves through a dealer. I got one about a year ago for $110. Part number is 88984129.

Is there any truth to this? If not, what is my best bet for new sleeves...OEM or another brand? This will be about a 300 hp build.
The material around the stock sleeves isn't thick and can be damaged pretty easily if the proper tools aren't used and procedures followed.
