no, gm can't tune it. unless you know someone with the software that gm uses to program and change the ecm. IE gm sponsored cobalts.

 

Then what is hp tuners? Could I use that?

 

aah yesterday i went to my dealer to get reflash but i toll them what i got a 2.80 pulley and 44lbs inj so the mechanic toll me dont not waste my money with that tune so today i going to get the hp tuner tune anything i should look foward to? i hate driving the car right now ... and yes 44 lbs injectors are better than 42lbs? the idc should be better?
