rich is a lower number, 14.7 is the "perfect" ratio. Which is good to just cruise around on. Once you hit WOT though you want a richer AFR so you don't overheat and splode...... about 11.3-11.5 range.....

Its not the dealer who did it it was the GM engineers. Most cars today are computer controlled and the O2 sensors gives the AFR to the computer and the computer will adjust your fuel to maintaing an AFR of 14.7, once you mash the accelerator beyond and certain point all the little safeties that have been put into the computer take over so the car doesn't overheat and burn up. Though I'm sure some have been able to blow up their car anyway....

Nope the dealer had nothing to do with that GM did.

either way thank you for the reassurance i know the gm engineers know their **** but when it leaks down to the customers along the way people and places such as dealerships **** it up i had to take this car back to them after they installed the parts for stage two, cause i soon realized they didnt even reflash the ecu!!! now that they claim they have i want to make sure its all goin to be ok. thanks alot!
