The search button is useless point me in the right direction.
Can some one either post up some Dyno sheets or a link with proven facts about "2.5 vs "3 exhaust. Searching just brings up 20+ of banter. I plan on going with the Vibrant Street Power Exhaust soon (unless there is a compelling argument not to) and I have a hard time believing a reputable company like Vibrant would put out a product that would hurt instead of help our cars in performance. My current mods are GMS2 pushing about 15PSI and K&N Typhoon. Thanks for the help

no company would put out an exhaust that would hurt performance as opposed to helping it. However different exhausts are better utilized with different performance setups. Your setup is not that extreme, and a 2.5" exhaust will do everything you need it to do based on back pressure. You will gain more performance with a good aftermarket header and downpipe though.

2.5" is ideal for most if not all blower setups.
It has the best of both worlds.... great flow and exhaust gas velocity.
Fyi, if you use the advanced search feature you would have found better information. No one seems to use that on here....

To be honest I like the Vibrant Exhaust note the best and with shipping from ZZP it comes out more or less to the same price as the Vibrant. I found a site with free shipping at a good price.
I'm coming from a heads/cam/nitrous Silverado so if I know myself the CSS build will eventually get very expensive. I got rid of the Silverado and I'm loving the new found MPG. I'm shooting to buy the exhaust once and be done with it
Good info thanks
