should be the same yes, ive done that too : /

careful when slipping it in, dont put tension on the chain until its on the gears and bolts are hand tight...then release the tensioner...

i have a slow balt cause the driver doesnt know how to launch it / is scared to break it after all the work done

if it makes you feel any better, i did this to 2 more cam gears when i reassembled recently (this is the same guy as giving you advice above btw :P)
i had it apart for putting 78lb valve springs in...and oops haha
luckily i had a local buddy with a spare set
