Short throw shifter people

My girlfriend got me a Twm short throw for Christmas. It has the brushings, and weighted shift knob. Going to be installed next week. Even got the gears put on the knob, and a custom shift boot to match the car!

Edit : Picture :

I've been wanting one for ever, so im really happy. haha.

Does anyone have this setup? If so, how is it working?

Anyone who has a short throw, throw out your thoughts.

I have the b&m too, yeah the throw could be shorter but I love it. Hated the knob it came with so I got a sparco one and it feels great. Definately an improvement over stock. I hear only good things about the TWM one so i'm sure you will love it, it also spices up the interior a lot. And make sure to keep that gf, she sounds like a keeper!

My gf bought me a twm shifter with the bushings as well. I installed it Christmas day and I absolutely love it. It's so solid and precise. You won't be dissappointed.

I've got the twm and love it! Just take the time to adjust both cables properly.

there nice

there nice but where just too pricey its funny tho like cobalt parts are worse then stocks lol they are 100 some day and then a day later you cant get 10 bucks for them. i got my bnm for 50 bucks shipped when i first signed up and i thought i over paid now people want 100+ stocker lol crazy.

all and all work great all of them are built the same a far as throw because everyone of my friends have a different one i do like the weighted shift knob tho it is cool i just put a autozone one on mine because i too didnt like bnm knob. but thinking of it i would like a sparco =)

a good friend of mine helped me but its not that hard with the instructions they give you. if you kno someone that has done it before ask them to help you when you put it in so you save the cash. it took us 45min to do and it was my first time. but if your out of luck $70 isn't bad. ask the shop how much is labor per hr. so they dont get a few extra bucks off you because they should only charge you for 1hr.
