smaller pulley

would it be fine if i just down sized the pulley off the supercharger or would that screw things up/

You can put a smaller pulley on a stock car, but it isn't recommended. The stock fuel injectors are pretty much maxed out with the stock pulley. You really need to get a stage kit (pulley, injectors and a tune) if you want more power.

What are your mods? I personally wouldnt do it unless you have bigger injectors and can re tune for it. Unless you have the gm stage 1 or gm stage2. I had gm stage 2 and i ran a 2.85" and my car ran fine for 2 years like that.

should have did it to the cobalt before i sold it. I had a SS/SC set to 11.9 AFR and 25*Timing....had the TVS, Meth and H/E....meth and tvs were taken out but the tune remained the same.
