I know only a few of us are running it right... but I'm very satisfied with the results.

i'm confused still. if you get tuned for it, don't you need to fill it all the time and worry about it running out while driving around. or can you turn it on and off.

i'm confused

yes you would have to keep an eye on it... but without tuning for it you'll probably see around a 20hp gain... It's on all the time... but you could always run a switch to it if you want.

but if you tuned for it, then turned it off, you would be hurting your engine. do they make like a 5 gallon resevoir for it, so you don't have to check it all the time.

How do you know it is spraying correctly, is there a light or something that comes on when it is spraying, or when it is supposed to and isn't?

How long does it last?

there is a light that comes with the kit you can mount in the interior that comes on when the pump turns own. you can also get a low fluid sensor for it too that has a light for the dash. If you tune for it you can't turn it off or else you can incurr some serious engine damage. they do make bigger resevoirs for it, but I used my windshield washer res since it is almost 2 gals.
just check out www.snowperformance.net has all the info you need plus the upgrades.. I know www.cobalt-addiction.com is selling it for the same price but free shipping for the 1st 10 kits... its under performance/forced induction.

and it depends on how hard you drive how long it lasts... it you drive like a grandmother it lasts for about a month.... but if you get on it alot... you use it faster

Devil's Own has a 2.5 gallon tank, perfect for trunk mounting.

That's right - except that we do make a comprehensive safe guard called SafeInjection. It is an optional control unit that measures fluid flow when the system is injecting. If the fluid flow is below a safe level (say you ran the reservoir dry), it triggers a red light and a 12V output signal that can be used to do a number of things. We can use it with a solenoid to open the bypass valve and bleed off boost pressure, or it can be used to switch maps if you have a piggyback or programmer that has multiple maps, can retard ignition timing on an MSD unit or similar, etc etc. Basically, whatever happens, the engine remains totally safe.

Heh - we have an 8 gallon reservoir that some of the diesel trucks use. That would give you a lot of range.

Seriously, we also have a 7 qt container that is used for rear mounting a lot. About the size of a small car battery.

you should make a thread giving all this info in one place. because I am worried about running out, and also tuning the car to accept the water meth solution.

Only problem with our cars right now is that there is no piggyback system available to run the safeinjection setup... but once there is that would be a sweet setup./.. I'd def get it.

but do you need to go this route if you are pushing a 2.7 pulley and about 18-19 pounds of boost or are you safe just with a tune in itself, and maybe later on upgrading to a better heat exchanger?
im getting mixed answers on this one lol.

It will help no matter if you tune for it or not... adding a h/e will only give you more gains..

so if you don't tune for it and use it you'll see gains. if you do tune for it you'll see better gains.

if you tune for it and don't use it you'll see your car on a flatbed.
