Some guidance needed

Hey guys, so my car sat for about two months waiting for parts, I finally get it running again and it is extremely hard to put it in gear, I mean I have to use both hands to get it into any gear. I checked the shifter cables and they "seem" ok. Trans fluid is where it should be, what could be going on? Oh I'm running a 09 trans out of the LNF w LSD.

Well first I wouldn't use 2 hands to ram it into gear. And I'd thoroughly check the shifter cables

I'm doing this as its parked, I'm not driving it, but the weird part is sometimes it just goes back to normal, smooth with no issues, and it's random I can't seem to duplicate it.
